Based on the vortex or a physical phenomena of the Spiral:
WATER TRANSFER AND OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to be the best in the world in micro hydro electric and water transfer management: by evolving innovative damless hydroelectric and water transfer technology. We create Today’s Tall Tree Nurseries to support Micro Finance for women farmers and their families using the Carbon Tax Fund, a new form of foreign aid. We export Mechanization for more productive agriculture.
Water shortages may not lead to war, but they most certainly lead to food shortages, increased poverty and the spread of disease– followed by social unrest and violence.
Today, the world faces a crisis that only a handful of experts were even vaguely aware of in 1970: climate disruption.
However, evidence suggests that future adaptation will be different and probably more difficult, as resources near depletion at the global scale.
Unfortunately the world has yet to make sustainable efforts to cope with this impending challenge.
The Shortage of Water: the Water Transfer
There is no question that water is absolutely necessary for human survival. However, over one billion people on Earth already do not have access to a clean water supply. With a growing population, this number will drastically increase, especially as we continue to abuse, pollute, and deplete our current supplies. Water use will increase by 20% between the years 2000 and 2020, and by 2025, 58% of the population is expected to live in countries of low to catastrophic water availability. Even more water will be needed for irrigation as growing regional populations will require increased agricultural production. In the not too distant future, arid lands that are rapidly being developed will not be able to sustain their people or their land use practices.
The warning signs are clear: falling water tables, shrinking rivers and lakes, widespread pollution, creeping desertification. Something must be done about the coming, and present shortage of water that is occurring on a global scale. We all live downstream.
How much money to solve the water crisis?
Most people are taking a serious look at the numbers within the context of the Millennium Development Goal (MDG) to “reduce by half the proportion of people without sustainable access to safe drinking water and basic sanitation by 2015.”
The World Bank offers a range of cost estimates to reach MDG goals. They estimate the cost of reaching “basic levels of coverage…in water and sanitation” to be $9 billion at the low end, and $30 billion a year for “achieving universal coverage” for water and sanitation.
The United Nations Development Program estimates the cost of meeting the MGD to be about $10 billion a year.”
Despite the need for water to be diverted through pipelines to different areas, there are several drawbacks that accompany water pipelines. There are high production and transfer costs involved.
First, the actual construction of a major water pipeline is extremely expensive; pipeline projects can cost billions of dollars. Second, maintenance fees are extreme, because of the great distances that major water pipelines can cover and because of the large pumping stations.
A Case Study
To give you an idea of the extent of present project prices, in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa, construction on a 400-mile water pipeline is about to be underway. The Lewis and Clark Rural Water System consists of five reservoirs and seven pump stations, supplying and delivering over 27.2 million gallons of water per day (1.2 m3/s) to communities within the tri-state area. The water will be extracted from a series of wells along the Missouri River and will supply over 200,000 people (at $1,800 each) with high quality drinking water. The cost of this project is estimated at about $360 million and will take 10 to 12 years to complete.
Why Water is a Special Economic Good
Besides being directly consumed by humans, water is an important production factor, in the broadest sense, and it is scarce. Hence it is an economic good.
‘‘There is a demand for it (water); there are operators that make it available (supply): it has a value. The price should reflect the value in order to achieve efficient use of the resource.
Water is not a normal economic good.
Water is essential. There is no life without water, and there is no economic production. Since water flows quickly, if we do not capture it, it is gone. Now all this would not be a problem if we could transport the water easily, but water is bulky. We are looking at a good that is essential, but too bulky to be traded over large distances. Hence, water is not freely tradable.
Presently, water markets are not useful beyond the very localized area, an aquifer or an irrigation system.
Water is a public good, so water cannot be owned privately because the societal dependency on water is high. This is a consequence of water being essential so it is the responsibility of governments to make sure that there is safe access to water. Yet it is not the responsibility of governments to provide water related services for free, which is a misinterpretation often made.
Water Transfer Privatization has Failed.
Water shortages are caused by lack of political will, institutional obstruction, greed, corruption and chains from the past.
Millions of people could have to wait years for clean water as some of the world’s largest companies pull out of developing countries because of growing doubts about privatization projects, a major UN report reveals today.
Last week Suez, one of the world’s largest water companies, said that it was now impossible for it to work in Latin America. One of the chief executive of Suez Environment, which has major contracts in Argentina, Bolivia and Haiti, said: “We are not a political organization, but how can we do our job if the political system in countries changes its mind so often?
While some privatizations have been successful, many companies have faced accusations of profiteering or not meeting pledges to connect poor districts to the mains. British firms have been involved in controversial privatizations in Malaysia, South Africa, Tanzania and Indonesia.
The world’s largest water companies are not solving the water crisis, so what should we do?
Not Privatization of Water: Public-Private Partnerships
But where does the fuel or profit come from? It comes from Public-Private Partnerships, which introduces a meaningful private sector involvement. This can be done in at least two of the following three structural elements: design, build, or operate, one of which must include operate.
Living Water Is Corporation will initiate and bring together private financing with its associate partners.
Living Water Is Corporation will ensure performance during the construction and/or maintaining/operating period of the project. The Corporation will act as an unbiased third party for almost all activities related to the operation of the infrastructure asset, which is usually done by subcontracting.
Ownership of any infrastructure asset will remain with the underdeveloped country, while operation and/or maintenance of the asset will be the responsibility of the private partner and Living Water Is Corporation, which have consultants who are able to provide the specialized services. This ownership will sidestep all the problems associated with privatization of water.
Technically, a Statement of Work for the project is developed with a dollar value estimate. A Standing Offer Call-Up must be completed. Living Water Is Corporation will then direct a contract to the firm considered to be the best qualified for the requirement or send the Statement of Requirement to a minimum of three firms considered to be the best qualified.
Once completed, the underdeveloped country will then lease the facility back to the private partner under a long-term lease. The private partner involved in the design and construction of the infrastructure has an opportunity to earn a reasonable 10% to 15% real pre-tax equity return. That means the underdeveloped country shares in the other 85% to 90%.
SINGAPORE – RUNNING OUT OF WATER
The island city-state of Singapore, with almost 4 million people and a robust economy, has long been on the list of water-stressed nations. Water is crucial to the tiny island nation of Singapore.
The water resources of Singapore are especially precious given the small amount of land and territory in Singapore’s geography while having a large urban population in the city-state. Without natural freshwater lakes, Singapore relies on four water sources:
- rainfall, collected in reservoirs or water catchment areas (about 20% of supply in 2010)
- Imported water from Malaysia (about 40% of supply) at too high a price
- Reclaimed water (producing NEWater) (30% of supply)
- Seawater desalination (10% of supply): very expensive
The city-state is still expected to experience a water shortage in the future.
Will Singapore find the fresh water resources through longer pipelines from Indonesia?
How different will the HUG technology be?
Presently, excess fresh water is wasted as it flows into the ocean. Present technology of water transfer is limited to 80 km between pumping stations. No one has considered the possibility of transferring fresh water through the ocean over a distance of ten times that limitation of 80 km. One can float these pipelines at a depth of 30 meters in an ocean environment, which allows one country to sell its excess water to another country over a long distance.
This fresh water pipeline is extruded directly into the ocean from a barge or from a sea shore without any welding required.
Studies estimate that over half of the world’s population lives within 200 km of a coastline.
Water Shortages: New Patented Pipelines, SPIRAL*, a Solution?
A little known secret is that water never wants to flow in a straight line as in the case of present pipelines. Instead, the molecules of water wants to align itself in a vortex not unlike how the water leaves your bathtub — in a whirlpool configuration.
So the new technology simply creates an environment where the water flows in a corkscrew fashion, but at four times the speed and with little or no friction. The sides of the pipeline have similar striations as found in the rifling contours inside the barrel of a rifle.
Our big idea can make our world better.
Often, the big problems the world is facing can cause the average person to feel paralyzed: we think that really big problems require really big solutions, and that nothing we can do as individuals could possibly make a difference.
One big idea can make the world a better place. But so can small actions by one individual like you.

BILLIONS OF CHRISTIANS CAN’ T ALL BE WRONG!
Christianity is not a philosophy, but it is a relationship with God, your Creator, in Christ TODAY. It is not knowledge of abstract principles.
HOW DO WE KNOW THIS?
Some Christian disciples use deliverance to deliver away evil spirits influencing people. These evil spirits cause depression, addictions and illness through all forms of stress.
2. COMPLETE SENSE OF PEACE?
After you have been delivered from evil influences, you will have a definite physical experience of a complete sense of peace.
Once you experience a physical sense of peace because of deliverance, you know that you will be healed. This helps you build up your faith, which is very crucial: No faith! No healing!
Some Christian disciples have the gift of healing. Only the Name of Jesus Christ makes healing and deliverance possible.
THE WHOLE FAMILY BENEFITS
In the end, one Christian conversion will benefit the whole family. The gifts of the Holy Spirit of healing and deliverance will help the whole family. A prayer of deliverance of evil spirits will leave any member of the family with a complete sense of peace immediately. A prayer of healing from a Christian disciple produces 80% healing. The remaining healing comes from continued prayer of praise and thanksgiving until all the healing is complete. This healing comes from the Holy Spirit through the power in the Name of Jesus Christ. No other god or deity or doctor uses this power. This proves the TRUTH OF CHRISTIANITY.
God divinely inspired the BIBLE . How do we know? Each of eight accurate predictions shows a high probability mathematically. The probability of one individual fulfilling eight prophecies have odds of 1 in 10 17 (1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000). Jesus Christ fulfilled all prophecies, therefore the Bible MUST BE TRUE.
The Old Testament indicates another 40 astonishing predictions.
Christianity experiences stunning growth—from approximately 3.8 million adherents in China in 1956 to an estimated 87 to 100 million Christians today.
HOW IS JESUS STILL ALIVE TODAY?
Jesus is alive today! He heals today (through His followers) and in many cases it is realized immediately. How else can you explain the explosion of Christianity, the world’s largest religion, on earth: 2.2 billion adherents, nearly a third (31 percent) of all 6.9 billion people on Earth.
Christians know and feel His Presence; they communicate with Him personally; Christian prayers are always answered.
This author has been given the Gift of Healing only because he is a Christian Lay Missionary, who travels two to three places every year. On his last trip to Columbia he successfully transferred his Gift to his Spanish translators, who were able to heal as he did. He has healed Muslims to their great surprise.
He also delivers away evil spirits along with their healing. All those who are delivered from evil spirits feel a complete physical sense of peace.
DREAMS AND VISIONS
God can give a message to those non-Christians to change their heart. God knows faith will be developed eventually. God will come to you in the form of dreams or visions. So be sensitive to any dreams or visions, when you ask God for it earnestly.
HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED HOW TO BECOME A CHRISTIAN?
- Christians don’t shout, “I live a clean life!” Christians whisper “I feel lost, but now God found me and God forgives me.”
- Christians don’t speak with pride. They confess that they stumble and need Christ to be their guide.
- Christians don’t say,” I’m strong.” They say they try to be strong because they need strength.
- Christians don’t brag about success, but they admit that they fail and they need God to clean the mess.
- Christians don’t claim to be perfect, but God still believes in them.
- Christians still feel the sting of pain. They have their share of headaches but they still call upon His Name.
- Christians are not holier than others. They are simple sinners who receive God’s unbelievable Grace.
Christianity on a Table Napkin:
“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9
God the Father will wipe every tear from our eyes, and there shall be no more death or mourning, crying out or pain. We will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is The Holy Spirit will have made all things new. Eternal joy will begin. “For the Mighty One has done great things for me— holy is His name.” Luke 1: 49
Are we not like Barabbas who was justly condemned for murder, but saved by the innocent Jesus on the cross? Are we not like the adulterous woman, deserving of death by stoning, to whom Jesus says, “I do not condemn you”? And Jesus saved them both. In fact, Jesus came to earth specifically to look for and save those who were lost, like you.
“Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the LORD, “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool”. Isaiah 1:18
You may need some counseling with a pastor, priest or competent Christian worker, who will introduce you to a Short Course on Who is Jesus? Start by reading a short biography of Jesus in the Gospel of Luke. Read several verses before going to bed and read the same verse upon arising. He will defend you from attacks of the enemy when you ask Him.
